Echo, explained
I’m Erica Hutchinson—born and raised just outside of Nashville, TN, in the lovely land of Murfreesboro (yes, that’s a real place, and no, I don’t expect you to spell it right on the first try). My story starts with a love for sports, which quickly turned into a love for events, which eventually morphed into a full-blown obsession with partnerships. Somewhere along the way, I realized what I really care about is supporting brands in a way that actually means something.
Everything I do has a purpose. Whether it’s a big campaign that moves the needle or a tiny detail that only a handful of people notice—I believe in showing up with intention. I’m wired to make a positive impact, whether it’s loud and bold or quiet and lasting.
I’ve had the chance to work with some incredible brands like TikTok, Chick-fil-A, Salvation Army, TransPerfect, He Gets Us, and sports teams at just about every level—from Friday night lights to the pros. Each experience has shaped how I approach brand strategy: with creativity, conviction, and a little personality that keeps things interesting (because who said strategy has to be boring?).
For years, I dreamed about building something of my own—something that helps brands find clarity, connect with people, and create momentum. That dream became Echo. I finally took the leap, and now I get to do what I love every day: help brands show up, stand out, and stick around.
The name Echo came from a simple idea: the best brands don’t just make noise—they create something that carries. I wanted a name that captured the lasting power of intentional work. When a message is clear, purposeful, and rooted in something real, it doesn’t just land—it resonates. It sticks. It moves.
If you’re building something that matters and want a partner who’s all in—welcome. Let’s make some noise, tell your story, and create impact that lasts.
